How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and standard delivery takes about 7–15 business days. For Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 1.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and we'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Do the whiskey glasses come with the ice ball mold?
No, they're sold separately — but together they make a great gift (and push you over the $50 free-shipping mark).
