Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your gift. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, email us at parkerdrobert@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send the item back.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
